Check "Do Not Notify Client"

If changing teachers, check if student is enrolled in Musical Ladder System and: *

Update MLS Portal to reflect new teacher and/or test date

Student is not currently enrolled in MLS

Add Entry to Daily Log as "Change" *

Add entry to daily log with any applicable notes

If changing schools, add to withdrawal column for old school and add column for new school in the MET

If Changing Locations, add to withdrawal column for old school, and add to new student column for the new school in the MET

Check WAITLIST for old teacher to see if any students requested the vacated spot *
